At Katyayani Krishi Direct, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their agricultural supplies. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all labels, manuals, and protective seals intact.

  Ship the Item

  Securely pack the item and ship it to our designated warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
